Installing DSL from Imagine Broadband is simple. There's no need for an engineer visit - just follow the instructions along with an easy-to-use installation CD which you’ll find in your modem box.
To enjoy all the benefits of Broadband , there are a few basic requirements.
A non-cable phone line:
A Compatible PC: All of our packages are compatible with either PC or Mac but we do recommend you check your computer meets the minimum specifications.
- 233 Mhz processor
- 32MB RAM
- Ethernet Port
- Windows 98SE or higher, or MAC OS9.0 to MAC OS X

Broadband modem/router:
Microfilters: Microfilters split your telephone line, enabling you to talk and be online at the same time. You will need a microfilter plugged in to each telephone line or extension that you want to use with broadband. If you are ordering Up to 8 Mb Broadband, to make sure you enjoy the fastest, most reliable speed your line can support, please check that there are microfilters on all the phone sockets and all other appliances in your house, e.g. TV set-top boxes, fax machines and alarm systems. All Imagine Broadband DSL packages include two microfilters
